Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Duration

• West Malaysia: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3-7 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Fee

Shipping rates are displayed during checkout and are based on location and order weight.

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted couriers such as DHL and others

5. Tracking Orders

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You may track your parcel directly through the courier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service interruptions, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or events beyond our control.

7. Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost for re-delivery.

8. Pre-Order Item

All pre-order items will be delivered within 7-14 business days.
