Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged goods
• Wrong item received

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Process

Contact our Customer Service at books@mcplus.my with:

• Order number
• Photo of the item (for verification)

Once approved, you may send back the item. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days via your original payment method.

5. Exchange

We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return eligible items and place a new order.
